In case of problems, we can use our expertise of Indico to put your Indico server back into service. Our support contracts guarantee you a short response time and a fast intervention, since we are familiar with your installation.

Our technical assistance ensures a smooth running of your Indico application.

• We update the software at your rhythm. We make sure that the updating process operated correctly, so as to minimize the risk of service interruption.
• In case of problems, we deal in priority with your installation, in the response time you wish.
• During important events, we can provide active monitoring of your system and solve problems rapidly.

Helpdesk

Only available as an option in our support contract. With our full knowledge of Indico, we help you use Indico in the best way.

Server hosting

Only available as an option in our support contract. If you don't have the infrastructure and/or the knowledge to host your Indico server(s), we can  host the machine(s) for you. We can set up the server(s) you need to handle your expected workload.

Your servers are hosted in a data center with a 24/7 technical support. We also ensure full system maintenance, backups and upgrades.

From a single-server to a multiple-server architecture, with an Internet connection from 100Mbits to 300Mbits, we can provide you a service that meets your needs.

Training

As Indico experts, we can train your staff to Indico. Two different courses are currently available :

• Meetings management :

In this course, you will learn all what you need to organize meetings with Indico :

Categories management,  access rights management, timetable setup, material management, ...

• Conferences management :

This course will teach you all Indico functionalities to manage your conference from A to Z :

Web site creation, call for abstracts, registration, timetable setup, material submission, evaluation form, ...

Conference hosting

You wish to use Indico for a single conference, but don't want to host a dedicated server? You can use our own shared Indico server. For one year, you can use all Indico functionnalities to organize your event. During the event, our server infrastructure is enhanced according to the number of participants. We also provide support to the conference managers. A private category is also provided for the organizing committee meetings.

Development for Indico

Whether you need new functionnalities, epayment plugins, authentication modules, etc., we can develop it for you. With our knowlegde of Indico code and technologies, and our collaboration with the CERN Indico developper team, we can do it in a short time.
